A "Quick Sale" can be done right from the chemical dosages printout. The Sales Order System integrates with Quick Books accounting software (online version) and LightSpeed POS. Your inventory is automatically adjusted after processing the sales order in either accounting system. We are excited to announce a couple new features that we are sure will grab your attention.
Balancing of total alkalinity and pH
You have 3 choices depending on your preference.
1. Treat TA only and then re-test and balance pH
2. Treat TA first then treat pH
3. Treat TA and pH together according to balancing chemicals added.
Sodium bicarbonate and sodium carbonate will affect both TA & pH.
Depending on the quantity needed a calculation will affect both TA & pH.
If a pH adjustment is required for the proper effect of a chemical treatment,
the pH can automatically be adjusted.
Extended treatment routine
If desired, an extended treatment routine can have multiple steps to guide the treatment of algae, stain removal, etc.

Marketing to targeted customers
A customer search can be done by any pool/spa equipment, sanitizer etc.
A mass email can be sent out regarding the targeted feature with sales coupons,
and recommended equipment upgrades.
SPIN integration
We, at Bufferzone, have developed a "first of its kind" integration with SPIN removing the need for what is sometimes a clunky bluetooth connection to your water testing software. This new feature was designed to be used on Mobile devices (phones and tablets). A couple of applications are:
Pool Shop: Next time a computer breaks down at your shop, do you really need to replace it if you just use it for water testing? You could purchase a tablet, connect it to your printer via bluetooth and off you go. You'll have a mobile testing station that you can set up anywhere in your shop or walk around with the customer holding a tablet in your hand plucking the chemicals they need off the shelf from the list on the tablet. The printout can be waiting for them when they go to pay! If you use the Bufferzone integration with Lightspeed POS then the printout can even have a barcode on the top of it. Scan the barcode and the POS will link directly to the correct customer.
Service teams: Even if you don't use the Bufferzone service software, your teams can still get dosage recommendations in the field using this feature and a Spin. All they need is a phone or tablet with cell reception.

Point of Sale
We have integration with Lightspeed so now your Bufferzone water solution software can link directly to a POS system. A lot of you would have heard of Lightspeed X series (formerly Vend), but for those of you who have not, you can find some further information here: https://www.lightspeedhq.com/ Lightspeed X series syncs with Quickbooks Online and with Xero.
